Spent Christmas at a hotel in a city north of Kolkata. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. Enjoyed the constant availability of clean drinking water as it was hot during the day. It was also great that there was Wi-Fi available for us to use.

The location of the hotel was not convenient as it was far away from the city and there were no restaurants or shops nearby. Wasn't happy with the expensive room rate compared to other hotels in the area. It was also disappointing that the hotel did not provide sandals or replacement shirt hangers.

The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was good. The wifi facilities were also good, which was helpful for my business trip. there was full-time availability of clean drinking water.

Its location may not be in a bustling hub but provides a peaceful retreat from the city noise. the bed and bathroom were clean, and basic amenities were available in the room. the tap water was drinkable and WiFi was working fine.

The price could be a bit steep for some, but despite this, the facilities are good.
